Een aardig artikeltje valt te lezen op computerworld.com. Het gaat over verschillen in acceptatie en gebruik tussen mannen en vrouwen als het over smartphones gaat. Het meest interessante aan het artikel was dit paragraafje:

Excluding Apple's iPhone and Research In Motion's BlackBerry devices, smart phones were the most returned consumer electronic gift of the 2007 holiday season. According to Opinion Research Corp., 21% of smart phone purchases were returned during that season.
Volgens dit rapport is vooral het setup proces van een smartphone het grootste probleem.
